Add AliceVision, which is a dependency for Meshroom (see #216403).

Includes two other fixes (regarding libe57format and cctag) I should probably split out to another PR.
PRs created:

Supersedes #256115 which in turn superseded #224262.

Found a minor issue with the CUDA version, converting to draft again for a moment.
